If I called a discard, can I change my mind and put the tile back?

If you call a tile but have not exposed yet, you can still change your mind. However, once that tile has been placed on the top part of your rack you're committed to an exposure, though you can change the number of tiles in that exposure. Once you've discarded and ended your turn, the exposure is locked in.
