A tile was misnamed by the discarder, what happens now?

A tile cannot be claimed until it has been correctly named, so the discarder would need to correct their mistake and name the discard correctly. Once it's been correctly named, the tile may be called for an exposure or Mah Jongg. However, if someone called Mah Jongg when the tile was incorrectly named, the game stops.
