I called a tile and exposed a kong with 2 Jokers. I then realized that I'd made a mistake and only needed a pung. I haven't discarded yet, can I amend my exposure?

Yes, you're allowed to make changes to your exposure up until the point you discard a tile and end your turn. You can return one of your jokers to the sloped part of your rack.
