Just like a real player should constantly reassess their hand (and pivot if necessary) as the game evolves, the hand suggestions are updated periodically based on what happened in the game and what hands are more likely to be successful.

These suggestions are there to help newer players decide what hand to play if they need assistance making decisions.  But they are just suggestions. Nothing is forcing you to follow these suggestions. If you have decided on a hand, then by all means go for it (you don't need the tool at this point).
