When we see this issue, it's generally related to one of the following:     

1. Browsers and devices sometimes get into weird states. Restarting the device usually fixes this issue.     

2. Older devices and browsers sometimes have difficulty recognizing newer security certificates, which can cause this issue.     

3. Some security apps or plugins may prevent the game from loading (check if you recently installed any security app on your device)
