In a Siamese game, the computer tells me I can't call Mah Jongg because I need 13 tiles
Since you already have the 14 tiles towards Mah Jongg, you need to claim Mah Jongg on your turn. Since it's not your turn and there is a discard out, claiming Mah Jongg at this point means you want to call that discard for Mah Jongg, which means you would have to have only 13 tiles on your rack. So, click Ignore, then it will be your turn and you can claim Mah Jongg.
